East Greenland nunataks
This image from Flickr user CMP73 shows several ranges of nunataks poking through East Greenland's ice sheet, south of the Kangerdlugssuaq fjord. The low angle of the sun casts dramatic shadows on the ice.
Here's another view of the same nunatak range, taken by Flickr user matjkd from almost exactly the same position and angle in April 2007.
