Vihamanaafushi Island, Kaafu Atoll, Maldives
This image from Flickr user shinax shows the island of Vihamanaafushi, in Kaafu Atoll in the Indian Ocean island nation of the Maldives. The island lies just north of the international airport at the capital, Mal�, and is the site of the first tourist resort in the Maldives, Kurumba Village, which opened in 1972.
