Flickr user Carlosgg recently posted this image, taken in August 2006, of the upper reaches of the Gåsegletscher in East Greenland. The photo looks north across the glacier, which flows from left to right across the frame, entering the Gåsefjord just out of the frame to the right. The portion of the glacier in the foreground here is about 3 km wide at its widest point.
