Sikuijivittip Apusia icecap, East Greenland
This image, from Flickr user jlogajan, looks south along the coast of East Greenland, about 300 km north of Greenland's southern tip. At right center is the large icecap known as Sikuijivittip Apusia. Just below it is the mouth of the Mogens Heinesen Fjord, dotted with icebergs. Lying offshore at left center is the island of Ikermiit; below that is the Qasingortoq cape, and at lower left the island of Qasingortuq Ingmikortukaja.
