Saint Lawrence River power lines
This photo, from Flickr user J_Ensley, shows the north shore of the Saint Lawrence River in Quebec, about 130 km northeast of Quebec City. Running through the foreground is a large power line cut, leading south to southern Quebec and New England from the massive series of hydroelectric dams along the Manicouagan River in northern Quebec. At right-center, at the edge of the river, are the villages of Tadoussac and Baie-Sainte-Catherine.
