South Greenland landscapes
Here's a series of images from Flickr user dieter_weinelt covering the southwestern tip of Greenland. The first image shows the edge of the inland ice sheet at left, with the Qôrqup Sermia glacier flowing across the center of the image.
About 20 km west, the Norbogletscher glacier flows from the bottom edge of the frame in the foreground, with the Tunulliarfik fjord visible near the center of the image.
Another 170 km west brings us to the western coast of Greenland, with this view of the Kangerssuak peninsula and the Simpson Passage in the foreground.
The final image presents another view of the Kangerssuak peninsula, with the Simpson Passage at left center, and the island of Qeqertarsuaq in the lower right.
