Norwegian coastline
This series of images from Flickr user Alexander Zetlitz shows the landscape of Norways west coast, on a flight from Trondheim to Bodø. The Google Earth coverage of this region is poor, with low-resolution imagery, but the photographs reveal many details of the landscape. The first image shows a small mountain lake about 15 kilometers east of the village of Tonnes.
About 20 kilometers north, the next image shows a view of the head of the Reppa fjord.
The next image shows a wider view of the Reppa fjord, with a large mountain rising just north of the end of the fjord.
This group of glacial lakes lies at the western edge of the Svartisen glacier, the second-largest glacier in Norway.
The final image shows the village of Engavågen, which lies about 70 kilometers south of Bodø.
