Niaqunngunaq fjord, West Greenland
This pair of images from Flickr user Line Rix shows the coastal fjords of West Greenland between the capital, Nuuk, and the town of Kangerlussuaq. The first image shows the Niaqunngunaq fjord, running from the foreground to the upper left. At the lower right is the inlet to the bay-like Tasiusarsuaq fjord, and just above center is Illutalik Bay.

Tasiusarsuaq fjord, West Greenland
Slightly north of the previous image, this picture shows a more complete view of the Tasiusarsuaq fjord. Some sections near the edges of this wide, irregular fjord are frozen and snow-covered, while the central portions are covered with large, snow-free expanses of surface ice.
Unlike the case with most Greenland aerial photographs, Line Rix wasn't just passing overhead. Check this set for a bunch of other photos on the ground from Nuuk and Kangerlussuaq.
