France and Spain
This pair of photos from Flickr user innusa documents a trip from London to Madrid. The first photo, taken over the English Channel, looks southeast over La Hague, the headland at the northwestern tip of France's Cotentin Peninsula. Just below the center of the frame is the massive COGEMA La Hague site, a nuclear fuel reprocessing plant that reprocesses spent fuel from nuclear reactors around the world to produce additional reactor fuel.
The next image shows the Spanish town of Escalona del Prado, located in the province of Segovia, about 25 kilometers north of the city of Segovia.
