Here we have two images spanning the North American continent. The route is not specified, but it is probably central Europe (perhaps Frankfurt) to San Francisco. The first image shows glaciers and fjords on the east coast of Canada's largest island, Baffin Island.

Lake Umatilla on the Oregon / Washington Border
